Before confirming your request please do read and agree the company policy:
- Once our deal is finalized the contract can not be changed and if the client wants any amendment in the contract, an extra amount will be charged. Changes might be like ;the change of destination or for taking extra time and distance or changing the date and time of your travel.
- The fare decided among the company and the client only includes the taxi and driver fare other than that all extra charges like Toll Tax or parking charges will be the passenger’s responsibility and will be added in the decided fare at the end of the journey.
- All the payments should be made immediately after the service has been done. All credit-cards are acceptable.
- Company reserves all the rights to change the model of the booked car or van without prior notice of the passenger.
- Extra amount will be charged for you being late at your origin point, that will be 20% of the total amount. Being late includes the delayed flight times or the client being stuck at any place.
- After the client’s online order the company will send him a confirmation email that will include the client’s booking number . The client is supposed to keep that booking number in record, because the payment will be checked against this booking number.
- If the client wants to cancel the deal it is necessary that the cancellation should be made before 48 hours of the travel time and there will be no charges for that but if the cancellation is requested before 24 hours of travel time, then 20% of the full amount will be charged. - Any legal proceeding with the company will be held in Landesgricht Salzburg-Austria (Proventional Court Salzburg-Austria).
